It must be a pretty hard day if you were one of the people who kept telling us how Turner was going to fight for the minority shareholders. So $4.25 was opportunistic and predatory but $5.00, a whopping 17.6% increase, and the BOD is unanimously onside. I wonder when, and if, we'll find out exactly what Turner got in addition to his $5.00 a share. The sad thing is that it was easy to see coming.
PS - Perhaps MrsNose could re-post the last guesses on the final buyout price so that we can all share a good laugh together.
