Thinking about dumping my PALM shares and holding my long term COMS... I assume my purchase trade date used for PALM for tax reporting would be the trade date that at which I bought the COMS stock to reflect a 'long term' gain...I think I have the appropriate cost basis info via Fidelity and previous post (#44288 per D. Taylor and Alski..thx).
