What do you think is the role of this on the unprecedented economic growth this country is experiencing?

I've felt, and posted over the years, that today's prosperity can be attributed to the harvesting of a great bounty grown from the seeds planted by Ronald Reagan.

As far as your nation occupying a front-row seat in world affairs, that position owes much to the collapse of major competitors and little to any inherent abilities of its current government, with the efforts and talents of its people likely having the greatest influence of all. I just expressed doubts about this position being unassailable, mainly because history shows us that every world empire eventually crumbled, and I can see a few cracks forming in your nation's foundation. I'm sure you see them too: Racism, crime, inequality, ...
