Yes, I know, but there is an entire industry built around the proposition that it is unconstitutional because the 16th was never properly ratified, etc. etc. etc.

Then there is another sector that says yes, it is constitutional, but only foreigners have to pay the income tax (weird, huh?).

Then there is the sector selling fraudulent trusts which supposedly protect you from the income tax.

Then there is the kookiest sector, which believes all the tax revenue goes to either: (1) the World Bank; or (2) Jews.
