Note recovery of damages, if a judgement were to be made in favor of the Company , then those proceeds would be shared by the shareholders after legal expenses etc. Sometimes Legal expenses are part of the judgement and would then go against legal costs. This suit in my opinion should have been done a while ago. Note how the stock has dropped like a bomb.
Hopefully this will ease the conversion and short selling that has gone on for months.
