Sam, I don't have the URL,but there was an article about housing in San Fran and I think Connecticut where the selling point was fast internet access,they had put a T-1 in and were sharing it with all the members of the condominium. This particluar condo was selling like hot cakes in San Fran,so much so that they had a waiting list for the refurbished units,it was somewhere off Market Street. It is a greeat selling point for affluent,educated people to have fast internet access.
