Paul or thread, does anyone know if this Infineon investment from Intel ever went through? intc.com I remember this press release well; however, I haven't heard anything about the deal since. I'm wondering about this statement: <the company has signed a definitive agreement to invest $250 million in Infineon Technologies, AG in a private placement subject to certain closing conditions including necessary regulatory review.> Does anyone know the outcome?
