It may be a reaction to this announcement from WCOM. siliconinvestor.com Investors may be expecting that WCOM will use Hybrid equipment in their MMDS network, alternatively it may be that WCOM's announcement simply confirms the probable MMDS build out by WCOM, Sprint, and others. CAMP, another likely beneficiary of the MMDS buildout is also up.
