Hi K!!!! I was just thinking about this same thing after reading The Socialist's post. How 's this for fair? Everyone pays the same amount. Does it cost more for the Military to protect Bill Gates living in his 37 million sq. ft. home-gg- or Joe Schmoe living in the projects? Does it cost more for the DOT to build roads for Bill Gates to drive his Mercedes or Joe Schmoe driving his Yugo? Does it cost more for Bill Gates to flush his toilet in the morning or Joe Schmoe? Why do some have to pay more for what amounts to the same service? Isn't that Gouging? I can't afford a Mercedes. Maybe I should get the Socialist to write me a check to cover the difference. Would that be fair?-ggg-
