You brought the preferred holders into the equation. CNC does have a tangible book value. And that number has nothing to do with preferred's. Everybody should know that if (IF) CNC does go under the book value is irrelevant anyway.

Your statement was "(2) after you take out intangibles it has no book value, " which is incorrect in itself. Add some additional variables to that and we may get a different answer.
