Hello Trev. Perhaps you have answer to my question.
Why would anyone sell today on open market? Let me explain,
if I sell on the open market, my transaction will be
subject to commission on the sale.
If I tender my shares, than the transaction will be commission free. Today, over 3 mil. shares changed hands, why would anyone sell for less! than $5 plus commission costs on top of it.
