Where are you getting your information Greg. The last SEC report I can find shows Paul Wahl with 2M options vesting at 5% a qtr. David Schmaier with 100K shares vesting at 5% a qtr as well (although the report also mentions ~500K for him under shares beneficially owned). That report was filed 4/28/2000. Howard is retiring so I would expect him to close out his holdings. Also, he was the CFO and NOT the pres. as you seem to think.

SEBL insiders still hold a significant number of shares in the company. That just shows they have an interest in the continued growth and success of the company. I am sorry that you seem to think the best years are behind the company. Unfortunately, I feel you will not take part in the explosive run Siebel will have in the future. Investors will gain tremendously from the continued execution. Personally I do not expect y/y increases to drop below 100% for at least two years.
