leaf: I have been pondering the same question all day,even
picked up some more myself. The only reason I could come up
with is to avoid the delays inherent with the exchange of
shares. A sale now is cash-in-hand,but waiting for the deal
to go thru means no cash till Sept.
I think(hope) another small bump is in the wings since many
analysts are using $7.50-$8.00 as fair evaluation at this
stage of the development.
