Simply put, that's my job!!!! On a more vivid level I will list the reasons as I see them. Yes, I have seen many stocks not trade at what would appear to be a fair or reasonable valuation. There are as many reasons for this as there are stocks with this problem. SUPPLY AND DEMAND, INSIDER SELLING, OVER/MISSTATED EARNINGS, TOO MUCH P.R. COUPLED WITH NO INVESTMENT BANKER, POOR INDUSTRY OUTLOOK, TOO MUCH DEBT TO PROPERLY FINANCE, POOR OUTLOOK FOR GROWTH IN BUSINESS MODEL, MANAGEMENT INEXPERIENCED IN AREAS WHERE GROWTH IS REQUIRED,MANAGEMENT UNAWARE OF WHAT WALL STREET NEEDS TO SEE TO BECOME INVOLVED,MANAGEMENT BLIND TO INDUSTRY TRENDS and MANAGEMENT NOT FOCUSED ON INCREASING SHAREHOLDER VALUE. These are only some of the reasons that come immediately to mind. Coincidentally, I feel that SETO excels in all of these areas that it should. In addition, very few stocks truly go from the bulletin board to NASDAQ it's usually the other way around. We,as of April 30,have 7.7 million in NET shareholder equity; 3.7 million more than required for a NASDAQ listing. We are only lacking the $4.00 stock price. What a feather for the cap of the investment banker that does his D.D. on us before his peers. Merrill Lynch's credit line also shows that someone is at least watching our progress already. Followed by the recent credit from the Malaysian sources. Coupled with our recent private placement. On the supply/demand side with only 7+ million shares in the float and 4+million of them in the hands of true investors, nottraders, and a short of over 1.5 million shares on top of that this stock has the potential to appreciate quickly if any reasonable amount of buying were to occur. In closing, although I can't begin to guarantee that all of Wall St. will ever even know that we exist; I do believe that if only one brokerage firm were to do its' proper D.D. on us and see what has been accomplished here that others would soon follow suit. The problem that I have been finding is that most brokerage firms/investment bankers want us to have at least a market capitalization of 40-50 million to become involved. The reason for that is so that there presence in the market does not become dominant and controlling in nature. For us to achieve that the stock would need to trade between $2.00 and $2.50 per share. I am ,however, talking with two legitimate mid-sized firms now, that I believe may very well help us accomplish our first goal so that we can begin on our subsequent goals. Again, I can give no guarantees on how my projects will end up but I can tell you that I am not a quitter and that this company is not hard to show to market professionals. So all this having been said, to all shareholders I thank you for your D.D. and support once again. We here at SETO will do our best to ensure that the time and investments that you have made are not in vain.
