Clinton (The 21rst Century President) touts record in convention speech

LOS ANGELES, Aug. 14 (UPI) -- Revisiting 1992 campaign themes for his last major
political speech, President Clinton claimed success in building the "bridge to
the 21st century" with a long list of social and economic indicators moving in
positive directions during his administration. "We are not going back," a draft
of Clinton's Monday night convention speech said."
