Marty: I always wear safety gear when I drill. No face mask though. Therefore airborne virus still has a good chance to nail me. IMHO, I don't believe there was a Reg-S. I believe the selling were due to free trading shares granted to them to promote but instead backfired when promoters cashed in at any price. I also believe Jesse has stopped all these free trading BS. I further believe UPR will issue a press release soon to announce the test results and hopefully the other 50-hole deal. We shall see. With the lack of news, all we have to watch is volume and price actions. If volume further expands and price follows, the worst is behind us. Good luck. Regards, Mad Monk
