The vendor of the play did not sell - they converted their ownership into shares of MEO - which still promises them a great upside -but mitigates the downside. Also two of the previous owners of this property are Wayne Filo and Pat Power - they convinced the major shareholder to convert to MEO shares.

Pay more attention and you may make some good money my friend. JP
