[BTW, I was referring to Gabriel Garcia Marquez (specifically, 'One Hundred Years of Solitude' and the 10 or so Aurileanos therein). A vacation in his realm would be in a dirt-poor town in Colombia. While no longer a 'novel' destination, the new, bi-level flying carpets have greatly eased the impact of the tourist influx.]
