<you guys are all hopeless.> Seems you have been posting as if someone placed a firecracker underneath you. Almost every post has dripped with scorn, a holier-than-thou attitude, and not a heck of a lot of backup. Your posture, or your brief if you will, is in your claim that you have 20 years of experience. I do not doubt this. But a little bit more substance may have been helpful. Aside from the fact that you have twenty years of experience, your parents were immigrants and your father achieved the American Dream and became wealthy (my immigrant parents never made that leap) and you did not get into St. Albans (easy to get lost in Queens) I for one have not learned anything because I do not think your intent was to say very much. I understand that your expertise does not lay in forensic debate, in other words you aren't used to arguing a case before a judge, but still in all if you were to go back and read only your own posts you might see why we are all buffoons. You have done nothing to enlighten anyone with details or revelant references.
