You may be right but I think we will get more than a week to position ourselves. I would wait for the NDX to take out 3800 and some before committing fully. Also with the usual August light trading period, it is easy to get deceived by the market. I am bullish on the market but would like to see some volume behind this rally for confirmation. We may have to wait a couple more weeks for trading activity to pick up.

Nothing wrong with jumping the gun if you have stops in place.
