But the partner also gets preferred shares with a 6% dividend. What would be interesting, and I have not had the time to do the research, is to compare their expected revenue (given the existing contracts) pre and post tax with their financing obligations to date. Perhaps you have done this?..it might give some worthwhile ratios which compared to their current market price might give us some insight into fair value. Also, for some reason, the sale of Rogers Hotel division for 5 million seems cheap to me. Did Rogers not make money with this? Also, my take on the Caribbean, although I haven't been personally to the specific resorts mentioned, is that the competition is something else again ie slot machines and cheap gambling...all night long. Is Galavu revenue projections for the Caribbean based on the Canadian hotel experience? I'd be interested in your thoughts. Thanks and regards.
