looking at the Soxx for the past 5 months 900(ish) seems to be a pretty good resistance level. It has tested it 4 times since April the 4th being two weeks ago .Trading range this summer seems to be 900 to just < 1300. Currently at 1027 finance.yahoo.com^SOXX&d=1y
