It's the foot in the door thinking. But, a company can't rely on past wins alone. What I would like to know is the percentage of past accounts vs new accounts, ORCL is able to move to and sell too for the first time with 11i. I would also like to know how many accounts SEBL has taken from ORCL, and how many new accounts SEBL is generating vs how many ORCL is? Also, dollars amounts would be useful. Greg
