If you exit too early and hyperinflation develops, you end up residing in the Lucretius signature model cardboard box. If you hold land and you wait too long, you risk getting pulled under by the post implosion undertow.....and move into the Lucretius starter model Sun Solaris cardboard box. Either choice sucks like a White House intern..... Got liquidity?<G>
