that is a pretty self~fulling statement , just ever so slightly tinged with republican sentiments! LOL.

BTW :The Republicans pretty much were in control of the legislature's last time i looked the last 8 years...

Thru Rhetoric & just plain "dumb luck" ,
this country could have just gotten
to this place 8 years later ,
by flying on auto pilot???
Yep. Sounds real good to me ....<gg>

Amazes me how the Republicans have a wonderful way of "forgetting"
how vehemently they would not be responsible
for the state of the economy in the early budget battles with the "Clinton Gang "...

You remember-----> " NEWT Gingrich " , don't ya? LOL!

"Their (Rep) leaders said our plan would increase the deficit, kill jobs and give us a
one-way ticket to recession," Clinton said. "Time has not been kind to their
predictions. Remember, our Republican friends said then they would absolutely
not be held responsible for our economic policies. I hope the American people
take them at their word."

Wonderful, to be living in the United States of Amnesia...
and you guys seem to always want to hang your hats on
what you yourselves couldn't accomplish...oh well that's politics.

So , no republican has ever made it to the presidency
losing the two largest states ....maybe Bush can be the first , or maybe no.

I just love this legacy we have inherited of the AMD ,
which cost us 60bil this year ? and still doesn't work?
Instead of spending 60cents out of every $1 of taxes , maybe we should bump it back up to $.75 like it was during the mid century. <gg>

Crazy are the gods....but just maybe , i have a feeling we just might see more than a 50% voter turn out this year. And that's OK , & that would be a---->very good thing, and good sign both parties are doing something right .

(We can let the republicans take credit for that too, everybody likes God & BBQ's)

;-)

CIEN to announce split on thurs earns?

regards,

mars
