well, i'm going over it unless i missed it i couldnt find the percentage
however found this

Equity In Other Ventures

For the three months ended June 30, 2000 the Company recognized a net loss of
$353,884 in its investment in Axiom Biotechnologies, Inc. and Laurel Partners
Limited Partnership. The loss for the same period in 1999 was $359,144.

which let see a drop off 5000$

now biacore paid 4m for a ? stake in axiom and reported it may 22

so lets see drop off 5K represents rough 1.5%
as its reported may 22 or after half the q lets assume that for the entire q it would be 3%

Found this in an earlier 10 K
Following the JAFCO investment, the Company began recognizing 50% of the net losses generated by Axiom which is the extent to which the Company is deemed to be funding such losses
so 50% they own 3% less
or we could say that 6% off the compagny equals 4M$

or 4*100/6= +- 66m
so this would make kdus stake worth around 30m or 2.5$/ share

i realise there are a lot off ifs in it most important it requires a stable "loss" in the venture

cheers
Stefaan
