BR is the only company of the 66 in my data base who has not filed a 10Q. Looks like the SEC has made them amend their last 10K and 10Q.

10KA

"Burlington Resources Inc. (the "Company") is filing this amendment to its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 1999 in order to restate the Financial Statements and revise the Management's Discussion and Analysis of Financial Condition and Results of Operations. The Company discovered an accounting error that resulted in a $26 million overstatement of revenues for the fourth quarter of 1998. The net effect, after adjusting for income tax of $9 million, is a $17 million increase in net loss from $321 million to $338 million for the year ended December 31, 1998 and a $17 million reduction in stockholders' equity at December 31, 1998 and 1999. See Note 14 of the Notes to Consolidated Financial Statements.
