This is ridiculous - down over 30% since the deal was announced. The company is trading at a dumbfoundingly low multiple given its growth. Time for management and the board to do something to defend the stock. Call off the deal (I bet AXNT shareholders might welcome that, given the price of that stock hasn't gone up (given current prices) much since the deal), or seriously consider a buy back. The company has a lot of cash, what better way to invest it?
