CLW announced today that they are merging with Eagle Wireless (AMEX: EAG) biz.yahoo.com The first paragraph says... "Tuesday August 15, 9:36 am Eastern Time Press Release ClearWorks.net and Eagle Wireless to Merge HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 15, 2000--ClearWorks.net (AMEX:CLW - news) and Eagle Wireless International (AMEX:EAG - news) to merge to create broadband telecommunications powerhouse." This could get very interesting for ATTP, in my opinion.
