I am not clear on the receivables but believe that it is in part due to the money awarded and not yet received from the GIC arb. Gemstar recognized this award as income the past 2 Q's and I believe it needs to be reflected somehow on the balance sheet. I am not an accountant and this is a guess on my part.

After reading a few comments from the analysts this AM I obviously misheard Henry during the CC. The 2.7MM ad revs that I thought I heard is really 'more than 2MM' and not quantified further.
