William, I think this is a prime time for some Rat Dogs. HEAR and CORL were great examples. Since so many traders are on vacation until end of month, we have a natural Holidility that I believe is giving some lift to those stocks that have had heavy caps on them. . . shorted-back to 52-week lows.
Some that I am holding [with varying degrees of doginess] include DRIV, CICI, GRDN, CORL, HEAR, RDOC, IRSN, PLCO, WAVO, PVII, and my latest buy in the mid 5's. . .XYBR!!
