Anybody here with an opinion on the AVI buyout? The stock is at a relatively high price at the offer of $29/sh. (but the stock has been higher in the past), and by some measures, even at $29/sh, the stock looks still fairly inexpensive (to me) - p/sales and p/earnings. I've not done an enterprise/cash flow study - that would bring in the effect of debt, which is relatively large.
