There is an inexorable downward trend when lockups of this magnitude expire. Any technical "bounce" is the result of new short selling on upticks. Remember Internet Capital Group (ICGE)? Analysts were pounding the table to buy. One even said "f#$k the lockup," yet ICGE got an 80% haircut in short order. These types of gaps are rarely, if ever filled upward. Unless, of course, DVSA has a cure for cancer and AIDS <g>
