Uncivilized. No one has a "right" to health care. Such a "right" does not exist. A right can only exist if it does not violate other's inalienable rights. When a program (or new "right") is proposed, the first words out of any thinking person's lips should be, "At who's expense?" The health care model is no more than a watered down version of what already exists in many progressive and prosperous countries.These models often become strained when costs rise and the population ages,but they are based on the concept that noone should be left for dead when society has the means to provide care.Pretty civilized if you ask mois.
