American Group - MOSS - Publishes First Photos of
New Plant

BOYNTON BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-Aug. 15, 2000--American Group, Inc. (OTCBB:MOSS - news) through
their wholly owned subsidiary, Lantana Peat and Soil, is constructing and shortly will be relocating to a new state-of-the-art soil
blending plant in Homestead, Florida.

Homestead, Florida is the hub of activity in the horticultural industry having the nation's largest concentration of commercial
nurseries.

The first photos of American Group's new soil blending plant in Homestead have been released and are available on-line at:

When completed, the new plant will produce more than five times the current capacity of custom blended soil mixes annually.
The new soil blending plant is expected to have limitless capacity for the foreseeable future to service the immense $1.5 billion
annual horticultural market both in the Homestead locality and throughout Florida.

This new facility will be located within 20 minutes drive time of more than two-thirds of American Group's customers. The
Company will then become the only soil supplier located directly within this Homestead market.
