I haven't posted here for many months; since I sold ATHM as a matter of fact. I write today as I sit waiting for the service folks to answer the phone. I got dropped last night after nearly an hour and I've been writing this morning for almost 40 minutes. I continue to be a subscriber, if not a stockholder. When the service works, which is the vast majority of the time, it's wonderful. When it doesn't work, getting it to work has become increasingly painful. It's a real shame that such a considerable technical advantage has been squandered. Poor management can overcome even the most compelling technical.
