The lead banker is First Marathon Securities, with CIBC Wood Gundy and Yorkton Securities also in the sydicate. They are all Toronto based. In the US, it may only by available to Qualified Institutions (>US$100mil), which is why you should get your US firm to buy it directly in Toronto, which is legal. I don't have the phone numbers handy though. Someone told me that Sutro (in LA) and Oppenheimer (in NY) might be involved, but they're not on the prospectus. I think there is a lunch in NY sponsored by one of them. I was told it was on Tuesday May 20th, 1251 Ave of Am, 18th Floor. They're also going to Boston, Chicago, San Fran but I have no details.
