Jacada Ltd. (NASDAQ: JCDA - news) and Relativity Technologies today announced a strategic partnership to market and deliver legacy-to-e-business solutions. Under the agreement, the companies will leverage each other's sales channels as well as jointly market and deliver complementary e-business offerings.
The alliance combines Jacada's knowledge of e-business infrastructure software and Relativity's industry-leading, legacy-to-e-business transformation solutions. Jacada provides a complete software infrastructure to rapidly Internet-enable the presentation layer of legacy applications for use in e-business solutions as well as to empower enterprise developers to build Internet applications. Relativity's RescueWare® is an end-to-end solution that automates the process of identifying, extracting and transforming mission-critical business processes buried within large, monolithic legacy applications into open, component-based architectures that can be easily integrated with e-business technologies.
The partnership between Relativity and Jacada enables companies going through multiple stages in adapting their legacy systems for e-business to choose from the most comprehensive range of offerings on the market to suit their specific needs.
