Prior to his constant pontification, Evander Holyfiend was one of my favorite fighters - not because he was particularly dominating, but because he has a great work ethic, great heart in the ring and at least a semblance of public humility by refraining from spewing alot of self promoting BS. The emergence of his oh-so-public born again status in conjunction with his association with Don King has produced a boxing side show no less distasteful to me than Tyson, Camacho Jr. etal. His revisionist history about the Lewis fights and his so-called "quest" for yet another unification proves that he is either monumentally naive and stupid or that he is simply a paid shill of Don King's - maybe both. Someone of influence who truly cares about him ought to make him see what a farce he has become and convince him to retire with some measure of dignity and public respect. The alternative will be an unfortunate end to an otherwise great career. Franco
