Yes, Jon, 126 million shares. But, given a hot product(s), a Nasdaq listing and consequent institutional kinds of investments (i.e., buying shares in large volume), the 126 million share figure is not insurrmountable, is it? In fact, they'll likely be less shorting volatility because of the number of shares outstanding.

What's ultimately important is that EDIG's business plan be a solid one and one which has a good shot at success. Given the partnering and alliances EDIG already has established, I'd think the chances are strong that they're on the right track.
