Added value is the extra return of a given action relative to another action. Solution - some combination of truck rolls and self installs with cost risk shifted to consumer choice The worst strategy possible is "cost risk shifted to consumer choice". This is the means by which the public came to distrust the capitalists pigs. Only fly-by-nighters operate in this mode. It is pure MSFT though, caring and trying to provide people with what they think they want.
