I am wondering if the BOD acceptance is designed to spur a
competing offer, since it now must show up a few days before
the 25th to allow time for consideration,and regardless of
who the winning suitor is,$5.00 is now guaranteed.
With DeBeer's option to match price,RT et al's value goes up with ANY offer.
