Let’s see if I have this right. TCom Ventures (TCMV) acquired NOYR (which had undergone a 1-for-3 reverse-split) on a 1-for-1 share basis. So pre-split NOYR investors are now holding TCMV at 21-cents on the dollar. Does anyone seriously believe that some unknown company is about to pay $3 per share for an OTC:BB company that can be had at .63 today? HT
