Couple of things to consider:

1. Michael O'Reilly?
2. Too little, too late? Is Cowpland jumping ship before it goes under? Did the board (and the bankers) finally have enough?
3. Is there another large looming loss to be reported?
4. Did I hear correctly today from LinuxWorld that the big boys were going to release a "free" suite of Linux-based applications?

I suspect O'Reilly wouldn't be interested - he's way too smart and would probably be best to end up with a high tech company with a future (can you say photonics?)

Me thinks we may have seen the future today - someone will pick up the pieces, but there is not much hope for the whole company - IMHO.
