Can someone help me out with the annual meeting stuff? I've only recently become a PRST shareholder, and am not sure if someone who wasn't a shareholder on Dec. 31, 1996 can attend the meeting. ANy help on this subject would be much appreciated!! I would love to go and live near the area, but am not sure if I can.

In regard to Zeng's message....Richard, if you ever took an accounting class, you'd know that the higher Accounts Recievable goes, the lower Cash Flows from OPerations go. Small corporations often have instability in their cash flow numbers because of all that's sold on credit. SInce Heildelberg, whom I assume to have a nice balance sheet and a nice credit rating, accounted for 72% of revenues in the 1st quarter, I don't think there will be any major write offs for accounts recievable!

Finally, to all the bulls, it's been 4 1/2 months since the start of the year! In this time, we have seen an announcement to increase production to 80 kits/month by September, an announcement that PRST has teamed up with Imation, and Neil's post revealing yet another breakthrough for PRST with PEARLgold.

What good news will follow in the coming 7 1/2 months? Furthur production increases? More partnerships? No one knows, of course, but I'd like to congratulate all the bulls who stuck with the stock as it retested last summer's lows while all the bears were talking $20/share, etc, etc. I truly believe that the fall to $40 we saw a few weeks back will be the last time that number is seen, and the steady rise which has taken place already is just the beginning of a multi-year uptrend which should take us to levels only dreamed of. Keep the faith and the patience!

good luck
