I'm checking ... they cross licensed from ALA and Pat had good discussion the other nite re who was gunna pick up ALA's DSL business as they announced they are getting out ... she specs that AMD was making all chips for ALA and that they will pick up all ALA dsl chip biz ... I'm trying to check on that but dead end so far. This is the connection between ALA and ORCT chip biz. >> Orckit and Alcatel reached a cross license agreement for certain patents and patent applications in the DSL area.
