Dave, it is great to have the deal finally completed. Actually, it was just signed this week. As of last week, they were still discussing final details...sales incentives and breakdowns, etc. This can be verified by GMGC now that the deal is done. The contract, though it took longer than I know you and some others would have liked, is hopefully the start of a great relationship between the two companies. Maybe it will ease some of the concerns out there about GMGC by some of the larger players as well, and help to sure up the price a bit more. I am looking forward to GMGC continuing to execute successfully against their business plan. The next few months will bring a number of additional deals, imho, and the current dip will have proven to be an opportunity to those who had the confidence of their convictions. Seconds Out.
