Gary has indicated that the "parent" company of AZNT plans to go public.

"The parent company, in Brazil, is going public. The parent company has all the rights to the products and intellectual properties."

Who is the parent company? I realize that Gary may have used the term "parent" loosely. I would guess that he's referring to Amazon Natural Treasures Commercial Inportadora Exportadora; however, this 10K from 1998 indicates that Mike Sylver is one of the owners of ANTCIE.

"The Company acquires its plants from Amazon Natural Treasures Commercial Importadora Exportadora LTDA ("ANTCIE"), a Brazilian corporation which is owned by Michael Sylver, the Company's President and Treasurer, Domingos Loricchio Jr., the Company's Senior Executive Vice-President, Director and Secretary, and Carlos Franco."

Also, it's a little amusing. I didn't realize that the AZNT problems with auditors goes back so far. I hadn't read this 8K until I poked around SEC filings while looking for a "parent" company.

"ITEM 4. CHANGES IN REGISTRANT'S CERTIFYING ACCOUNTANT.

On December 5, 1997, Amazon Natural Treasures, Inc. (The Company) was informed that Mr. Darrell Schvaneveldt resigned as the Company's auditor.

At no time has anyone from Mr. Schvaneveldt's office sent any correspondence concerning his impending resignation and we had no reason to believe that he had resigned.
