100% AGREE... Many firms like to keep longs and shorts, if they MUST keep positions overnight, in 'balance' (an average dollar volume on each side). Overnight positions are feast or famine. Sometimes you can win big, and sometimes you can get 'smoked' for a very big loss. Most smaller firms frown on overnight positions (all the ones that I know of). All the best, -- Gene
