Re: Is that your advice to them? Infineon had revenues of $1.67 Billion dollars last quarter and profits of $243 million. Rambus had revenues of $17 million and profits of $4.6 million. Which company is going to be better able to carry on a multi-year lawsuit at $3.5 million per quarter? Infineon has a lot to lose if every two bit company with a patent starts demanding 2%+ off the top. Dan
